Terms of Use
Last updated: 27 October 2026
These terms apply to Prompt Duel (the website, the game and everything on it, the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
Who can play
Anyone can play. If you are under 14 (the age of digital consent in Spain), play with permission from a parent, guardian or your school. The League is for players aged 16 and over.
Your prompts
You keep what you write. You give us a free, worldwide licence to use your prompts and the images made from them to run, show and improve the Service, including showing them to other players. Don't write anything illegal, hateful, sexual, violent or that targets a real person. We filter prompts and names and may remove anything and block players who break these rules.
AI-generated images
Images are made by third-party AI models and may be inaccurate or unexpected. You may share images and clips from your own games for personal, non-commercial use with a link to Prompt Duel.
Fair play
Don't cheat, use bots or scripts, manipulate ratings, create multiple profiles to boost a rating, or interfere with other players. Ratings, ranks and titles have no monetary value and we may reset or remove them to keep the game fair.
Our rights
Prompt Duel™, its name, logo, design, game mechanics as presented, text, code, image library, scoring system and all other content are owned by Prompt Duel and protected by copyright and other laws. All rights reserved. Without our written permission you may not copy, reproduce, clone, frame, scrape, reverse-engineer or redistribute any part of the Service, use its interfaces (APIs) or image generation from other sites or apps, or use our name or branding.
Availability
The Service is provided "as is", for free, and may change, pause or stop at any time. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses or for any loss arising from the use of the Service.
Changes and law
We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the laws of Spain.
